BODHIDHARMA OU DARUMA
Bodhidharma, moine bouddhiste hirsute et sombre, trouverait son origine en Inde, aurait voyagé jusqu'en Chine pour y créer une école contemplative qui importée, reprise au Japon deviendra le zen et où son nom deviendra Daruma. Son orientation vers les arts martiaux en fera l'un des piliers du Bushido.
Habitué à l'ascèse et à la méditation il trouvera sa place dans le jardin et pour votre plus grand bonheur sera tourné vers vous, contrairement à la tradition qui le veut en prière face à un mur.
